The receptionist known as madam Angel is so kind. She handles us from days 1 to 3 in very polite language and good manner! For sure, may God bless her! She knows how to care customers

We appreciated the staff od hotel, everyone was really nice and helpful. Also the water in shower was hot. Also it is a good location if you come late in the evening - very close to bus stop.
Right after we attended the room, the mold was smellable very much. Then we noticed that the ceiling in shower is moldy a lot. Also the towel was full of stains. Probably washed but the stains remained. Lot of promised equipment wasn’t in our room. And this is not problem of hotel, but in the middle of the night I woke up because of terrible noice from the street.
