Casa hotel Los Laureles

Excellent séjour à Casa Los Laureles. L’appartement est agréable, le lit très confortable et la petite climatisation portative est appréciable. L’endroit est calme, les espaces communs sont propres et les propriétaires sont d’une grande gentillesse. Le logement est également très bien situé, dans un quartier sûr, avec un supermarché à moins de 5 minutes à pied. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Overall it's pretty good until they raise the price at chack out.

Upon check out the price jumped up 25%. Hotel said it's due to the commission charged by booking. I've used booking many times and never had this problem. Went through the numbers with staff, and oops, they only meant to raise the cost about 12% due to commission, plus a bit for credit card fee. Still a decent price, but it feels very dishonest. My advice: charge the agreed upon price. If needed, raise rate to include commission. Don't surprise people at check out. And if the final cost is higher than expected give a detailed invoice rather than just a new number with minimal explanation.
