Sehr schöne voll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit großer Terasse im dritten Stock und schönem Ausblick nach Westen auf das Meer und die Insel Santo Antao. Direkter ebenerdiger Zugang von der Estrada de Cruz gegenüber Haupteingang des Krankenhauses. Kleiner Supermarkt fussläufig erreichbar.
Die Wohnung ist über zwei darunterliegende Wohnungen über Licht- und Luftschächte verbunden. Dies führt bei Nutzung der darunterliegenden Wohnungen u.U. zu Geruchs- und vor allem Lärmbelästigung. Auch von der Hauptstraße dringt der Lärm oft ungehindert durch die nicht schall-isolierenden Fenster. Wir haben uns zum Glück an letzteres bald gewähnt.

It's a nice building, with a good location.
Proprietor offered the accommodation in English, yet spoke almost none
Taxi took me to the rear entrance, and, as few streets are labelled in the town, I'm uncertain whether the listed address is correct.
Asked for an upfront payment to Lithuania, despite the 'no prepayment required' statement. As I was already overseas, my UK bank couldn't authorise.
Payed well over the exchange rate in EUR cash, then asked for more on departure.
Phoned me two days later to ask 'Where are you in Sao Vicente'?. By then, I was on another island.....
