Quiet & Cozy Eureka Home Near Sequoia Park & Zoo!

Cute home that has been smartly updated. Great Floorplan flow. Really liked the kitchen and bathroom touches. Bed was extremely comfortable and all amenities for an extended stay were provided.

The landscaping in the backyard needs some love. Only other issues was ants. They were confined mostly to the kitchen but to be fair the owners were attempting to control the ants with traps .

Nice and cozy.

The shower, the deck, and spacious kitchen.

The floor felt dirty when barefoot and no blinds or curtains in kitchen/dinning room. The bathroom also had sheers and it was uncomfortable to shower after dark thinking someone could see in.

Very easy to unlock the gate and door with the provided door codes. Very convenient to have prior to arrival to allow us to not rush our arrival.

The photos were inaccurate in regard to the outdoor space. The photos show nicely manicured landscaping and usable space which we were very excited to use as the background for some photos. Upon looking at the yard, we were instantly disappointed as it was completely overgrown as if it had not had any maintenance in several months. There was also a cat that was on the deck that kept trying to come in every time the door was opened and ran all over the deck all throughout the night which was really loud for light sleepers - we actually woke up thinking something bad happened.
