Location, staff, report amenities.

The pull out bed was broken and didn’t stay up right making it unusable.

Great views, great location, pleasant staff, Carousel had nice amenities. Room was cleaned on arrival.

Room was outdated. old carpet and decor, broken lamp knobs, lights switches that did nothing, outlets would not hold plugs in living room, springs in mattresses and worn out sofas. Terrible wifi connection needs to be addressed- buffering every couple minutes and each tv had at least 3 remotes- which was confusing.

Location and amenities were great.

The beds were awful. You could feel springs in the mattresses. The dryer didn’t work and wouldn’t dry anything.
