Excellent location in the heart of District 1. About a 10-minute walk to Ben Thanh light rail station. Huge variety of street food and restaurant options all within walking distance. Friendly and helpful property owners. My room was kept clean and was more than large enough for my needs. The wi-fi signal was strong and I appreciated having a flat screen TV and sofa. No complaints at all. I stayed here for almost a month. Would stay again.

It’s close to the city centre and the soundproof of the house
It’s really small for two people, the room we’ve stayed in it has some humedity and sometimes it smells, it was the ground floor room. And that in the pictures it seemed that it had a kitchenette but it didn’t exist, we had only a kettle to boil water
