Excellent location in the heart of District 1. About a 10-minute walk to Ben Thanh light rail station. Huge variety of street food and restaurant options all within walking distance. Friendly and helpful property owners. My room was kept clean and was more than large enough for my needs. The wi-fi signal was strong and I appreciated having a flat screen TV and sofa. No complaints at all. I stayed here for almost a month. Would stay again.

the hosts were very sweet and accomadating, also the small kitchen facitilies were great when needing to cook some food.
i would recommend adding another big or extra bin bags as the bin got full super quickly from how small it was. additonally there was not great natural light due to small windows but other than that a perfect place to stay
