    I booked 3 rooms at Devi Palace Resort, Udaipur for my family stay from 31 May 2026 to 1 June 2026. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. We reached the resort around 9:30 AM. While I understand that early check-in is subject to availability, the staff clearly stated that check-in before 1:00 PM was not allowed. After multiple follow-ups and requests, our rooms were finally provided around 12:00–12:30 PM. Another issue was related to the children's stay policy. During the online booking process, it was mentioned that children up to 12 years could stay free of charge. However, upon arrival, the hotel charged extra for children between 6 and 12 years of age, which was unexpected and misleading. The most serious concern was regarding safety and security. The hotel management allowed 3–4 individuals to use the swimming pool area without having any room booking. As a family traveler, I found this highly concerning from a safety and security perspective. Instead of addressing the concern, the staff appeared to support those individuals. Overall, I am not satisfied with my stay at Devi Palace Resort. Considering the price paid, the services and guest experience did not meet expectations. There are many other hotels and resorts in Udaipur offering better facilities, better service, and better value for money. I would not recommend this property to family travelers.

    They dont have Room basic amenities like Refrigerator , cupboard also not good as well as, In the Room they fitting Air conditioner which is not give proper cooling, because of fitting on other side wall, Room Bath room is very small and Between Pot and Wash Basin no any space so we can cant stand for hand wash also.
