    Had a wonderful stay at Devi Palace, Udaipur. The property has a beautiful, peaceful ambience with a lovely view of the Aravalli hills and Monsoon Palace. The entire place has a charming Rajasthani feel while still being comfortable and modern. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable, and the property itself was very well maintained. The pool area was especially relaxing. What really stood out was the warm and courteous hospitality of the staff — everyone was helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The food was also delicious, and the overall experience felt relaxing and refreshing, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Definitely recommend Devi Palace if you're looking for a peaceful, scenic and comfortable stay in Udaipur. Would happily visit again! ❤️✨

    Had a wonderful experience staying here. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. The ambiance was relaxing, and every detail reflected great hospitality. Looking forward to visiting again.

    I recently stayed at this property and left with mixed feelings. While the physical property itself is very good and has excellent potential, the actual experience was highly disappointing due to a severe lack of maintenance and cleanliness.Upon check-in, the room was not properly cleaned, and the bathroom was in an unhygienic state. Furthermore, both the toilet flush and the room telephone were not working properly. While the staff did eventually resolve these two maintenance issues after I lodged a formal complaint, these basic amenities should have been thoroughly checked before my arrival.The disappointment continued with the amenities and dining. The parking area was poorly maintained and not up to the mark. To make matters worse, the dinner served to us was poorly prepared.Honestly, desperately needs a major overhaul in management, housekeeping, and culinary standards. Until significant improvements are made, I cannot recommend staying here.
