l'emplacement près des commerces et de la mer ,parking. Les animations .
le lit pas confortable sommier à lattes matelas pas épais du tout. Pas moyen de cuisiné le rangement de la vaisselle beaucoup trop haut pour attrapé les gamelles .

Le professionnalisme de l'agent immobilier Pasqualine. Très bonne communication, à l'écoute.
Ce logement mériterait, et cela est pour le propriétaire des lieux, un vrai bon raffraichissement ! salle de bain vieillote, literie à changer complètement, en fait c'est un lit de camp ? matelas d'à peine 10 cm avec effet bassine, poignets placards à changer, store baie vitrée ne fonctionne pas ......... et une odeur de tabac froid en entrant.
