The location was really good, it is on the main street of the town.
While Ushuaia is a beautiful destination, my stay here was unfortunately marred by noise and poor service. We were woken up at 5:30 AM by neighbors, and the constant traffic noise from the coastal road made it difficult to rest. ​Furthermore, the check-out process was frustrating. Despite sharing my early flight details in advance, I received multiple WhatsApp messages regarding check-out procedures. When I mentioned that the tone of the messages felt intrusive and unkind, the staff dismissed my feedback, joking that they had included 'smiley faces.' This lack of professionalism and empathy was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this stay if you value peace and quiet or professional customer service.
