Good location, off on a quiet street, close to Ortisei town

Ants all over the place, check in process not as intuitive, property requires full payment although Booking does not. We ended up booking a hotel nearby.

Easy to enter, enough space, warm, good location, parking 10 m away!

A little sense of wet air, needed to air the room a lot - it felt a little damp. Also the check in is crazy difficult. Booked via booking. Then got a mail to pay on a third party site (muse), after that you had to register all kinds of personal data of the travelling people. Then you had to make an extra payment for tourist tax. Then you get a pdf without a code for the door, you get the code later. Anyways - quite hard compared to everything else on booking.

Good location, 3 minutes to the ski bus, 3 km to the center of Ortisei, clean, warm, nice.

The process was well prepared, we received full instructions and the access code the day before our arrival

Nice place to stay with skibus access

Apartments were nice, clean and comfortable. Rooms were spacious. Unit has a ski locker where you can dry up your shoes and equipment. Skibus stop is just 2mins walk, super convenient. Very nice and big kitchen with dishwasher. Host/agency we super helpful, if any problems maintenance person comes in two mins. We stayed 5 of us, everyone was happy, would return again

In a kitchen cooking utensils missing, like very simple things like sharp knife or spatula. Also, no soap or detergent, no sponge, at least small amount. Things that would cost few euros only and would make stay perfect. Heating is difficult to control, either too hot at night or too cold in a morning. Not same heat level is all rooms. Suggestion to switch from single bed blankets to double :)

Het voldoet aan de verwachtingen voor een basis week weg in de bergen.

De optie van 2 aparte ruimtes, comfortabele slaapbank, alles was schoon, alles werkte goed, we hadden genoeg ruimte.

We misten wat basis benodigdheden, denk aan maar 1 wc rol, geen zeep of afwasmiddel bij het keukentje, geen beddengoed voor de slaapbank, geen prullenbak in de badkamer. De bank bij de tafel zat niet heel lekker. Het was heel koud continu en we konden de temperatuur niet regelen.

Vcelku sa nám pobyt v tomto apartmáne páčil, bol na tichom a príjemnom mieste .

Pobyt bol bez stravy. Ubytovanie bolo pohodlné, splnilo naše očakávanie. Doprava autobusom na kabínkovú lanovku Seceda bola pohodová . Parkovanie auta bolo hneď pri ubytovaní rezervované.

Lepšie mohlo byť otvorenie apartmánu, ktorý sa nedal podľa dohody a poslaného kódu na samostatné otvorenie. Kód nefungoval, museli požiadať o iný kód, ale ten bol len jednorázový a napriek tomu že sme písali a žiadali o možnosť aj zatvoriť tak sa tak stalo až večer, čo nám nemálo skomplikovalo program na popoludnie a večer.
