Es war alles zu unserer besten Zufriedenheit. Eine ganz tolle Unterkunft in Sassnitz auf der Insel Rügen. Unser Kollege fühlte sich dort, trotz Arbeit, wie im Urlaub.

Hier haben wir schon öfters Ferien verbracht und waren bisher sehr zufrieden.Die Ausstattung war top,uns hat nichts gefehlt.Die Lage ist Klasse,Strand/Restaurants/Läden: alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Check-In ist immer problemlos,Kommunikation mit den Besitzer funktioniert.
Wir können uns nicht beschweren,uns hat soweit alles gefallen.

Das Haus Burmeister befindet sich sehr zentral: 5 bis 10 Gehminuten bis zum Stadthafen, 15 bis 20 Minuten bis zum Jasmund und ca. 10 Minuten bis zum Supermarkt (wenn der Discounter gegenüber fertig gebaut wird, dann noch weniger). Die Wohnung ist also perfekt für Ausflüge in und rund um Sassnitz. Ein Vorteil war der Parkplatz im Hinterhof, den wir nutzen durften. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Die Ausstattung wirkt planlos zusammengeworfen: Es ist alles vorhanden, wirkt aber nicht aufeinander abgestimmt. Wer allerdings nicht viel Wert auf Design legt, wäre mit der Wohnung zufrieden.

Vermieter war sehr nett.
Die Wohnung war nicht sauber geputzt, vor allem die Küche. Fronten fettig , Kühlschrank innen nicht sauber, allgemein sehr komischer Geruch in der Küche der vermutlich vom Dunstabzug kommt. Der Vermieter sollte vor Neubezug neuer Urlauber erst prüfen ob alles in Ordnung ist.
