Sehr gefallen hat uns beiden, die Lage der Ferienwohnung, da man nur einen kurzen fußmarsch entfernt vom Hafen wohnt. Außerdem lassen sich von Sassnitz aus sehr gut andere Orte besuchen.
Nichts soweit, wir hatten eine schöne Zeit :)

Lage, Ausstattung, Kommunikation, Parkplatz im Hof - alles Bestens!
Der Balkon liegt zur Hauptstraße und ist nicht sehr gemütlich.

Zweckmäßigkeit, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, nahe Bushaltestelle, Parkplatz incl.
Eingangsbereich könnte gepflegter und sauberer sein.

Vermieter war sehr nett.
Die Wohnung war nicht sauber geputzt, vor allem die Küche. Fronten fettig , Kühlschrank innen nicht sauber, allgemein sehr komischer Geruch in der Küche der vermutlich vom Dunstabzug kommt. Der Vermieter sollte vor Neubezug neuer Urlauber erst prüfen ob alles in Ordnung ist.
