Anfitrião super simpático e prestativo. Não tivemos problemas com check-in e nem com o check-out. O ar-condicionado era antigo mas funcionava muito bem e ainda ganhamos um cafezinho de graça.
Infelizmente tinha um rato correndo no forro a noite e a limpeza dos panos de cama e do banheiro deixam a desejar. Na torneira da pia do banheiro haviam xuxinhas de cabelo amarradas que provavelmente eram das hospedes anteriores. Acho que vale ter mais atenção quanto a isso. Pelo preço, eu não estava esperando nada luxuoso então ok.
