Winterbrook Chalet

We really enjoyed our stay and would like to sincerely thank Tia and Matt for everything. They were very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which made the whole experience very comfortable and enjoyable. The accommodation was lovely, clean, and well-prepared, and we truly appreciated all the thoughtful details. We felt very relaxed and well looked after. Thank you again, Tia and Matt. We would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend this place to others.

Cosy, friendly vibe with great communal areas. The rooms were very spacious compared to other more expensive places I've stayed in, with comfortable beds, plenty of storage and an ensuite. There was free beer on tap, plenty of pantry and fridge space allocated for each room, non perishable food items left by guests to share, great cooking and eating areas, beautiful open fire, drying room, shoe and ski storage. Great high speed internet for our friend who was working in an office space available upstairs. The hosts were onsite and were so friendly and accomodating. They welcomed us on arrival and showed us around the chalet. We were able to check-in early and check-out late as our room was not booked either side. The chalet was close to ABOM chair, and a short walk to the village square. We had a spectacular view from our window....Fantastic!

If you want super luxury don't stay here! This accomodation has a very chilled informal family owned and run vibe that was perfect for us. The only suggestion is the individual room doors probably need locks, but having the hosts onsite 24/7 helped with security, and the one outside entrance is a keypad lock.

Great location, with a friendly and helpful host. The chalet has all the facilities we needed and a lovely lounge area with an open fire.

I would have preferred staff to be more available.
