Localização excelente, a propriedade está próxima as principais vias da cidade, o que facilita o acesso a quaisquers pontos da região.
Dá para melhorar um pouco mais a limpeza, fica perfeito.

Condomímio fechado, segurança, perto do Shopping, proprietário atencioso.
Mau cheiro que vinha da parte da cozinha, como se fosse ralo ou fossa. Sala é poente, então quente. Não foi possível utilizar as frigideiras devido ao péssimo estado de conservação. Algumas paredes precisando de cuidado com pintura, fogão com partes enferrujadas. Ar condicionado de um dos quartos com corrente de ar muito fraca, demora para resfriar. Resumo: considero que pelo custo deveria apresentar melhores condições.
