Pool, spacious home with 3 bedrooms. Very clean. Walking distance to very nice beach many restaurants, supermarket, gas, coffee shops, bakery. Family of 5 with 3 older teens enjoyed it and nice balcony.
Water was not hot enough for all 5 to take a shower but the problem was addressed quickly.

Location was good - close enough to walk to beach and restaurants, and to bus stop. Two of the bedrooms in the underbuild are a really good size. Nice to have laundry facilities. Kitchen was well kitted out. Ricardo was extremely helpful and very quick to respond to any questions which we appreciated. Lots of lovely healthy cats around .. delighted to see the Greek attitude towards caring for animals.
We had some issues with hot water and shower facilities which were mostly resolved. The buildings are not well sound proofed so there was a lot of noise from owner neighbours despite there being clear request for quiet times. The pool was green for at least half of our time there - and although it could be used, it wasnt as pleasant as a nice blue pool. As I work from home and worked during the holiday I needed a good wifi connection - this was not available (no fault of owner, its bad wifi in that area).

Grosse Wohnung mit Balkon und hübschem Aussenbereich inkl. Pool. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Strand (Agios Prokopios) ist zu Fuss in knapp 10‘ erreichbar. Nette Katzen im Garten 😺
Mit Jugendlichen ab 13 ok, mit bewegungsfreudigen, aktiven Kindern eher ungeeignet (Ruhezeiten am Nachmittag, keine Bälle und Springen im Pool). Zwei Schlafzimmer sind im Keller (mit Fenster) - schön kühl, aber doch gewöhnungsbedürftig.

It was comfortable and had a great location. With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths everyone was happy with their space. I'm sure young people would not be bothered by the walk to the beach and amenities. Being a group in our 70s we were glad to have a car.
The host is exceptionally friendly and helpful.
There were a few small annoyances. Showerheads don't work, got annoying using handheld wands. A microwave would be nice. Better signage to find the place. Oh...and the water gets dangerously hot. Be very careful!
