Clean, Cheap, 7-11 store downstairs, HOT Shower, Cold AirCon, Close to Airport. It was a Good Place.

This condo is the best truly spectacular views of Mactan I will definitely be back to stay much longer I loved it .
The place is great for Netflix YouTube has a kitchen washing machine etc very very comfortable relaxing the best 💕✨

Was ok. Complained about the bad smell in the condo on first evening. . Was told the sister would come next day in regards to this but no show. We found the smell was the sewage system from bathroom, if closed door to bathroom was better but open it then not good. Air-conditioning filter was filthy, cleaned myself and reinstalled.. We have stayed at Royal Oceancrest 2 times for the last few years now. This place doesn't come close to the standards of Oceancrest..
Personally I wouldn't stay here again...
