The villa was as good as it looks in the pictures! The pool is great, but too deep for children to play in without swimming aids. The rooms are cleaned to a high standard and sheets and towels are changed regularly.
There was a fair bit of noise from the nearby village until 2 or 3am on a couple of occasions which can be heard from inside the villa if you're a light sleeper. There was no hot water in the sinks, but the showers were hot.
