Es ist eine geräumige Wohnung, sehr gepflegt in der Nähe der Metro (ca. 200 m entfernt). Mit der Metro kommt man schnell in die Stadt - 35 min bis zum Dom. Es gibt einen Balkon mit Tisch und 2 Sesseln, schön zum draußen Sitzen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt nur eine Kaffeemaschine (löslicher Kaffee ist vorhanden). Wlan lässt sich über den Router schnell installieren. In der Nähe gibt es mehrer Cafes, Restaurants und Supermärkte.
Die Metro fährt hier oberirdisch in der Höhe der Wohnung und ist stark zu hören. Bei den Parkplätzen muss man sehr aufpassen, nicht im Parkverbot zustehen. Sie sind wegen der Straßenreinigung nicht durchgängig nutzbar.

Appartement spacieux, propre et confortable. Metro et bus à qq mètres. Supermarchés à proximité Nombreuses places de parking Tres bonne communication avec la propriétaire qui a été tres accomodante lors de notre séjour. Merci Irina
Comme dans beaucoup d'appartements en Italie, l'insonorisation est à revoir Proximité du métro donc bruit du métro
