5 min walk to the beautiful beaches,very clean,rather spacy apartment,good facilities,very good communication with the host,many nice little things (coffee, sugar,drinking eater etc,) ,nice smal bonuses like pineapple etc, calm)
Remote for the tv and toaster got to be replaced,far seay from supermarket

La anfitriona es muy agradable, pendiente de los detalles, nos orientó para movernos adecuadamente.
La ubicación es optima para la playa, aunque algo alejada de los servicios (super7restaurant). Ideal para llegar en automóvil propio.
El departamento esta bien equipado (buena ropa blanca y electrodomésticos).
El complejo está algo envejecido. Se observa que están recuperándolo, pero falta bastante trabajo.
La calle de acceso está bastante abandonada, da muy mala impresión.

La gentilezza della proprietaria, sempre attenta ad ogni necessità, una persona squisita. La comodità per raggiungere la spiaggia, a due passi, grande e bella. La tranquillità dell'alloggio e la simpaia dei vicini. Ci tornerei sicuramente.
Credo che migliorerei probabilmente i mobili e alcune padelle della cucina.

Host was nice. Near to the beach and San Juan Mall about 10 minutes drive away.
Had to change rooms because the AC in the fisrt condo didn't work properly.
