Totally get what you pay for

Wonderful area. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Bed was soft. AC was cool. The place was extremely quiet for being fully booked with families and children. The cookies at the front desk were delicious.

More cookies! Only the price was a little high, but you get exactly what you pay for.

Great hotel but need finesse

The staff behaviour, facilities and location.

We felt strange foul smell from Wardrobe, which we felt bad and reported while we going for Linikin park concert to the reception. They confirmed while we are back will resolve it but unfortunately when we are back from concert around 2am its remain yhe same.

Great experience

Room was perfect size for a family of 4 with 2 kids. The breakfast at the W hotel was excellent and we enjoyed it a lot. The pool options were also great and we wished we would have had more time! We will be back!

The access to the free wifi as a HH member was very difficult and could be made available much easier.

It was amazing it’s a shame we had to meet the rude lady at reception on the day we was leaving.

It was really nice and next to WB that was amazing

One member of staff Abhiya was extremely rude to the kids not just my kids there was also other family that said the same she came across to be rude. I was surprised that Hilton put someone like this at reception representing the Hilton. One of my kids asked for a hot cookie and she was extremely rude all she had to say was sorry I cannot give you a cookie.

Amazing getaway!

The place is really close the to Yas Mall and Etihad Park which is really convenient as I was visiting for a concert. The staff were so helpful and friendly especially Domingo and Allyana, just lovely! Would totally go back if I ever visit Abu Dhabi again.

I loved the breakfast at Warner Brothers! Also, the room was very clean and exceeded our standards. Although the view was not the best, we had a great time at DoubleTree.

I feel like the view on our side was not the best because we were looking at houses and not anything more. But on the other side, the view was amazing! You could see the water park and Ferrari World.

Staycation on yas

Room was very clean, modern and spacious. We had a 1BD apt, so kids stayed in the living area and we in the bedroom Breakfast was good, staff is very friendly and gives you cookies as a treat😅 Just 5 mins walk from Waterpark

The room was next to the gym, hence at 8am someone continued dropping the dumbbells.

Excellent with lovely staff

The perfect hotel for a quick stopover traveling home from Europe. The accommodation and amenities were excellent. Allyanna at reception was extremely helpful and all the staff very friendly and accommodating. The pools (both family pool and adults only pool) were lovely. Would recommend.

The location is great , near the exit and almost all Yas Island entertainment spots. I appreciate the reception staff asking about any food allergies before offering a cookie, it was very thoughtful specially having a child with allergies.

With the price paid? At least a smart TV! It’s 2025, the TV has limited cable channels, no streaming apps like Netflix or YouTube etc. I had to order an HDMI transmitter to connect my phone ! But the system was locked ! And the only option to watch something is to have an Android device to screen mirror. The AC? We had to call maintenance team at 5:00 AM to fix the problem which is absolutely not convenient. I won’t be booking again here, because I could pay similar price with better service.

Wonderful Stay

Wonderful hotel, well located and nice facilities. The gym and pool were both easy to access and lovely. The room was very well equipped with kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine, hob, pans etc. Our trip with 2 children was great - everything they could have needed was available.

Next time we might book a room with balcony or terrace as there was no space for grown ups after the babies had gone to bed.

Yas island is an amazing place where the four entertainment is in short distance, just to note that the shuttle to go in any of the four ones is located to WB hotel ( i understand that double tree and WB are under the same management) there is a connected corridor attached both of the hotels where you can find restaurants. WB characters are available for nice memories too. Yas mall is close by but you need a car or shuttle to go there

The location is perfect 2 minutes walking to WB park, the service is amazing and very fast, big rooms with, fast customer service, breakfast in wb hotel was amazing and worth the money

The bed is not comfortable , so it needs an upgrade and the tv doesn't have YouTube or Netflix

Memorable Stay

The location is excellent, very near to Warner Brothers attraction. Also the water world is nearby. Nice spacious rooms, great service. Very attentive staff. Responded to all my requests promptly. Kudos to the whole team. Had a wonderful stay.

Breakfast option is assocaited with anothe hotel. If it is within this hotel it would have been better. Also the avaialble cafe do not have much options for vegetarian Shall be worked upon. The room rent is slightly on the higher side i feel.
