Overall satisfactory experience.
The car parking facility is not up to the mark. Had to deal with the congested car parking, and the car valet had to park my car in the nearby bank parking rather than at the hotel itself, as it was completely full. Also, there's a weird smoky smell coming from the washroom exhaust, indicating that the hotel's exhaust system hasn't been cleaned for some time.

Location was good, friendly staff and they offered us complimentary Hi-tea which was amazing. Breakfast was also excellent with lot of options. Totally recommended.
Parking was little tight in-fact they have valet car parking facility.
