Great location right next to the river which was lovely to listen too when the door was open. Right next to some of the walking tracks and only a short distance to town. Would definatley stay here again.
The floor boards on second level (kitchen/living room) was very loud when walking over them especially in the master bedroom on the bottom floor (where my kids were sleeping).

Beautiful accommodation, beds were so comfortable. Lots of space for everyone. Spotlessly clean and had all the facilities - washer, dryer, dishwasher, BBQ etc. The sound of the creek outside the back deck was delightful. A really quiet and pretty part of Thredbo.
Only really minor things - no wine glasses, no big coffee mugs, no tea bags / coffee. No chair on the deck. For the quality of the property, these were annoyances rather than problems.

Terrific location. Excellent access to walking trails. Close to chairlifts and village. Quiet. House set deep into trees and landscape. Sound of bubbling brook very relaxing. Excellent heating.
Fly screens need replacement on some windows. Nothing else.

the second bathroom has a stink.. also doesn’t have a shower. 2nd bedroom bed is very small. can’t hold 2 adults
