Comfortable bed, bathroom very spacious, great location, hosts very helpful and friendly.
Would have loved a kettle. Just a heads up, there are 4 or 5 very steep steps down into the bathroom, otherwise great. There is a musty damp cave like smell on entering which you then don’t notice once you’re in there. They provide a dehumidifier.

Le Dimore di Fabiola was excellent, right in the heart of town, the host was incredibly friendly and flexible, our train was delayed and he stayed up to let us in and gave us some excellent tips on what to do locally

super quaint little house! bed was amazing. location was perfect to explore valled’itria .. super relaxed with the check out. Bluetooth mirror . coffee in the house.
