Найголовніший козир помешкання- це звичайно розташування, в самому центрі, біля ратуші. Усюди можна дійти пішки, всі головні пам'ятки та ресторани - під рукою.
Сходи в будинку дуже круті, часом під нахилом, дорослим ще нічого, а дітям було незручно. Одне ліжко в меньшій кімнаті було зручним, а в більшій кімнаті матрац був трохи провалений. В квартирі вже хотілось би освіжити ремонт, все вже трохи "втомлене". На кухні як на мене замало посуду, борщ наприклад не приготуєшь - нема сковорідки, терки, тарілки чашки є, більше все пристосовано для розігрівання.

Дуже високий поверх і обшарпаний підʼїзд (підійматись реально не дуже комфортно бо сходи під нахилом) Дуже шумно - у спальні немає кондиціонеру, а якщо відкрити вікно стає дуже шумно (постійно працюють витяжки закладів) Кондиціонер замерз до льоду і вночі довелось перечислити постіль, бо з нього лилась вода WiFi відвалювався рази 4 за тиждень

Все чудово, рекомендую! Єдиний нюанс, це парковка, до якої потрібно ще дійти, але якщо без автомобіля приїздити то все супер!.
