Appartement La Paix

L'espace dans l'appartement est très agréable, la luminosité est parfaite, et le quartier est calme et reposant. Je recommande.

Studio bien équipé. Bon rapport qualité-prix Bonne communication et flexibilité sur l'heure d'arrivée.

Il serait mieux de communiquer le code et les infos pour accéder au logement dans les messages booking ou par SMS car j'ai du appeler plusieurs fois le soir même pour qu'on m'ouvre.

The area is nice and quiet

Unfortunately the hosts mixed up pictures from different apartments in the same object description so you never know what apartment you will actually get. My intention with the booking was to wash clothes but when I arrived (quite far from Toulouse so a car is a must) i found that there was no washing machine despite the pictures and that it was said that there was one in the description. The explanation i received from the host was that the washing machine was in a "different room" which was not accessible. The room itself is as messy as its description: it is obvious that it was renovated but there is some work left to do so the feeling is that you live in a building under construction. The provided coffee machine doesn't work because it needed a replacement of coffee cassette - long ago. As a result i had to book another apartment next day. The hosts dont acknowledge any responsibility so think twice before booking there
