Die große Terrasse und die moderne Ausstattung des Appartements. Die wirklich sehr bemühte und herzliche Vermieterin. Mitten im Ort, aber mit tollen Weitblick bis zum Meer und nach Grosseto. Die Terrasse ist nicht einsehbar und bietet viel Privatsphäre.
Das Objekt ist kein ganzes Haus, es ist ein Appartement mit Nachbarn. Ab und an hört man Geräusche der benachbarten Appartements. Die bellenden Hunde 24/7 in der Nachbarschaft des Ortes (nur bei offenen Fenster in der Nacht, aber tagsüber auf der Terrasse), aber dafür kann die Vermieterin nichts. Parken des PKW nur an einem öffentlichen Parkplatz 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Das Bad ist ein wenig klein geraten, speziell die Toilette bietet keine Beinfreiheit.
