I had arranged my arrival in advance, and the team met me at the airport and assisted me all the way through, including with my luggage. A big bonus is that they can also arrange a meet-and-greet service on arrival to help you through immigration, which makes the whole process very smooth. The location is excellent. It’s literally just across the road from Village Market, which gives you easy access to a wide range of restaurants, cafés, and shops. For me, this was perfect as I had meetings in the area, and you really can’t get closer. The property itself is in the Blue Zone, which means it’s very safe. You can comfortably walk to places like the UN compound, the US Embassy, and other international organisations and embassies. This adds a lot of convenience, especially for business travellers. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and I felt at home from the moment I arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the WiFi was strong and reliable throughout my stay. One thing I was not aware of before arriving is that, for a very reasonable price, you can actually book the entire villa. It can accommodate approximately 30–40 people, making it an excellent option for team building, family celebrations, school groups, or similar gatherings in a secure and well-managed environment. Through their sister company, Destination Africa, they can also assist with arranging safaris and other travel experiences, which adds an extra layer of convenience if you are planning to explore beyond Nairobi. Overall, a great combination of location, safety, comfort, and service. I would happily stay here again.
