Apartment Merbau Les Gets - by EMERALD STAY

very professional hosts. Had a few small problems while there, and they did everything possible to get the problems fixed. Awesome location, wonderful location. Two underground parking spots within easy access of an elevator. Highly recommend.

There is a lot to like about this property. The location is fantastic both in terms of proximity to the main lifts, but also with a nice view of the slopes. The apartment is furnished to a high standard within a lovely resort. The coin-montagne is also fantastic, and there is ample storage space with a separate two ski lockers.

The only thing that lets the property down was I felt the advertisement of the bathrooms and toilets was misleading. Although there are three ensuites, only one of these has a toilet with the other two being en suite shower rooms. There is a separate WC in the main corridor but I would either expect more for a property of this size (8 people) or for this to be clearly communicated. Additionally the lock on the only communal toilet was broken and sadly hadn't been fixed despite previous occupants raising the issue. A second small quibble was that the property also wasn't available until after check in time had passed which was frustrating as we were waiting in resort with two small children. However, the delay was only minimum.

Property was with a nice layout. The open plan living and dining room with balcony and the fireplace were excellent. Great service from Emerald. I recommend and we will come again.
