Beautiful, brand new apartments with great views

Spectacular views, indeed there are horses and clouds but not always horses in the clouds, of course

The staff really tried to help us out when we got stranded with our car. Eventually they hid the access cards to our room in a secret location (which was very useful, because we did not know when we would be able to get there) and the communications we had, via booking.com messages, where prompt, clear, and friendly. The view from our room where truly amazing, it's a beautiful landscape with horses, and there were some clouds as well. We can imagine how these two would sometimes merge into "horses in the clouds" (the name of the place). The room was as clean and modern as we expected from the images. We enjoyed our stay and had some really nice mountain trips (walking) as well.

Apparently it is considered normal in low season to have an empty reception desk? Since this is a rather large place, I found this remarkable to say the least. Also, dear folks at "Pferd auf Wolke", it would be nice to make somewhat clearer what the correct address is, to put in my car navigation, and also it would be nice to show more clearly what the building looks like from the outside, so it is easier to find the entrance / where to park.

Luxe appartement aan de piste

Schoon en mooi appartement. Mooi complex en direct aan de piste. Eigen parkeerplaats en eigen ski locker.

Het complex is gehorig. Je hoort kinderen rennen in de appartementen en in het trappenhuis. Vooral 's ochtends is dat vervelend. De slaapbank is redelijk comfortabel, je merkt het wel als de ander beweegt en je rolt min of meer samen naar het midden

Mooi modern appartement op mooi locatie

Prachtig appartement op een mooie locatie. Ruime parkeergarage met skiruim en of fietsenstalling. Ook mogelijkheid om de auto op te laden. Vanuit appartement gelijk op de piste. De appartementen zijn schoon en modern ingericht. .

Het restauarant was ons gehele verblijf gesloten. Jammer, wat ook dit zag er prachtig uit. Routebeschrijving was voor ons wat onduidelijk. We hoorden van de locals dat meerdere bezoekers hier last van hebben.

Alles ok aber nicht hervorragend

Die Ausstatung mit Geschirr ist sehr minimalistisch. es waren nur 3 Messer vorhanden. Mit 3 Bestecken kann man keine Spülmaschine benutzen.

Hier voel je je écht welkom!

Personeel was uiterst vriendelijk. Foto's en beschrijvingen kwamen precies overeen. De omgeving was top; locals waren heel vriendelijk. Hier weet men wat gastvrijheid is en hoe je gasten in de watten legt.

Het restaurant/café was wegens personeelsgebrek tijdens ons gehele verblijf gesloten. Daarentegen kun je wél gebruikmaken van een broodjes en/of maaltijdservice. Daar de plaatselijke "Dorfladen" op steenworp afstand ligt, hebben wij hier geen gebruik van gemaakt.

Het appartement ligt op fijne lokatie, vriendelijk personeel en communicatie gaat veel via app

De lokatie was super. Naast de piste en je skiet zo naar de lift of ski bus. Mooi ruim modern en goed geïsoleerd. Goede douche en bedden. Fijn dat er broodjes service is.

In omschrijving staat voor het door ons geboekte appartement (108) dat er 2 badkamers met douche of bad zijn. Echter, dit klopt niet. De accomodatie probeert dat al langer te wijzigen maar booking werkt daarin niet mee. Er zijn wel 2 toiletten. Lokatie: een nadeel kan zijn dat je op tijd (uiterlijk 16 uur) de lift van Gargellen naar boven moet nemen om weer via piste 1 of 2 bij het appartement te komen.
