L’emplacement géographique et l’agencement intérieur.
Un peu bruyant car situé sur un boulevard passant et pas d’ascenseur - c’est souvent le cas des logements proposés par des particuliers - 3 ieme sans ascenseur avec les bagages c’est un peu compliqué mais…
