It’s great value for money off season for large group like ours over a 6 night stay. great family sharing space .

The location was great , very neat and tidy. There was plenty of pool towels and amenities. The air conditioning worked properly and it was needed. Appliances all worked well. Great views. Staff were really great in helping us reset the gas for stoves.

The pool closes at 21:00 , it’s still hot at 23:00 and a cool dip would have worked wonder’s. At capacity the cookware is too small to prepare food in bulk. The property does need some freshing up for the high season.

Loved how comfortable the place was, the location, parking and the staff who assisted us when we were there. Especially Tahli and Saad.

Everything was amazing but the neighbours threw water off their balcony without looking and hit me! Loud landscapers in garden for a long time. The major issue is that it is a property with a shared garden and a pool at the back so people walk through the back occasionally. There is nothing the company can do about it but it's worth knowing for people renting the place. Don't let this p ut you off because the place itself and the staff are lovely! The pool is stunning

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I was made to wait two extra hours for my check-in, and the staff did not apologize in a professional or considerate way. They offered no form of compensation or even a sincere apology for the inconvenience. Despite the delay in check-in, they were strict about check-out time, asking me to leave by 12 PM. To make matters worse, someone knocked on my door at 11:30 AM, rushing me out even before the official check-out time. The communication throughout my stay was poor, and the staff came across as rude and unhelpful. Overall, I did not feel welcomed or valued as a guest. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

I didn’t even stay as many things were not correct as per booking. The worst experience I ever had

1. Pool was not private to the villa I booked. Was shared with 4 villas and were not contacted about this before when contacting the hotel. 2. The villa was not as clean as advertised. 4 insects were found dead inside the villa, which shows no one cleaned properly (photos attached) 3. There is a room that opens from inside another room!! This thing was never mentioned. Where is the privacy in that? 4. Although I called them the day before arrival to ask if there is a private room on the ground floor, on the phone the person told me that there is no room on the ground floor, but on my WhatsApp w enquiry they said that there is a room. I later figured out during Check in that there was a room. This means the company information is inaccurate
