Lovely Victoria Apartament

Abbiamo soggiornato tre settimane in questo appartamento e nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene. Nonostante fosse un piano terra e dunque un po’ buio, il sistema di illuminazione è molto efficace e i rumori della strada vengono sufficientemente attutiti. Punti a favore: ⁃ host estremamente reattivo (abbiamo avuto un paio di problemi che sono stati prontamente trattati) ⁃ la zona è vivace, con molti negozi e supermercati aperti fino a tardi e il centro è raggiungibile a piedi in 5 mins circa ⁃ la presenza di una smart tv, di una piccola lavastoviglie e di una lavatrice che ha anche la funzione di asciugatrice

⁃ la pulizia in generale potrebbe essere migliorata ⁃ lo sgradevole odore che esce dal bagno (nonostante l’organizzazione su nostra richiesta sia prontamente intervenuta con delle sigillature di silicone) dovrebbe essere risolto in modo definitivo

Ideal location. Calm street, yet just around the corner from vibrant areas with restaurants and bars. Spacious apartment with good layout and good temperature in the room. Good communication with the host.

The bathroom had a bit of weird smell and was not very clean.

Wonderful location. We walked everywhere! The historical center and most museums were 10-15 minutes away. The only form of transport that we got is an Uber to the castle! The bed, pillows, blanket were very comfy. The apartment has a living room + kitchen with a big TV and all kitchen facilities. Communication with the host was perfect. Always ready to help and suggest things to see. Quick replies and easy communication all around! There are 2 ACs which was convenient and the apartment was pretty quiet, considering it's on the ground floor.

The apartment has a very small water heater. It means that if 2 people need a warm shower one after the other, it wouldn't be possible. The last night after coming back to the apartment we discovered a small water leak from the ceiling in the bathroom... It was just above the toilet with tiny drops. This was quite inconvenient during our last night.
