予定していた部屋が急に使えなくなった、とのことで代替の部屋をご用意してくださいました。ご案内が丁寧でわかりやすく、何度も質問もしましたが迅速にご回答もいただき、大変助かりました。 部屋はもちろん清潔で快適に過ごせました。

立地が良い。近くにコインパーキングがあり、駐車場には困らなかった。浴室がある部屋で、浴室は綺麗で使いやすかった。部屋が思ったより広く、快適だった。お手頃価格だし、同じ部屋が空いていたらリピートしたい。
階段で4階？だったと思うが上がらないといけないので、荷物が多いとちょっとしんどい。到着時間15分前に指定の連絡先に電話し、詳細を聞くしくみだったので、途中で車を停車させて電話をかける必要があった。電話は外国の方が対応してくれるので、少し聞き取りづらい部分もあったが、特に問題はなかった。
