Localisation - Calme - En face du canal - Une bouteille de jus de fruit frais offerte au check-in
No message from the host after the confirmation of the reservation on Booking and despite two emails sent by myself - We traveled to the geographical location of the house and called them the day before and the same day several times without response from them: their voice message service was also saturated after a few calls - Claim made to Booking by phone around 14:00-15:00 while we were in town having lunch and that we were waiting to go to the accommodation to rest - We guess booking succeeded in contacting them as they called us finally around 16H00 (the check-in was supposed to happen at 15H00) - The house was not well cleaned - beds are not comfortable - We were annoyed by their dog several time : I didn't mind because I like all animals, but the friend who traveled with was a lot
