#30 Woodland Mountain Retreat
Unit #30 - Fresh off a new facelift with a view of the mountain, this two-bedroom, two-bath, side-unit condo comes with afternoon sun and a view of the ski slopes and mountain bike trails. The condo has new plush carpet, while the living room has a beautiful new sofa and a 65" smart TV where you can easily log into your streaming services. The downstairs bedroom has a California king bed and a wall-mounted 45" smart TV. The upstairs bedroom has a California king bed, two twin beds (one is a trundle), and a 50" smart TV. This unit includes the use of a locker at Canyon Lodge which means no more lugging your skis and boards to and from your condo. A locker in the St. Anton parking garage is also available for you so you can store your skis and boards. The courtyard area has a heated pool (in the summer only), 2 year-round hot tubs, BBQs, and picnic tables (in the summer and fall). The recreation room has a dry sauna, a pool table, a kitchen area with a refrigerator and microwave for group gatherings, a large-screen TV, and a sitting area with a fireplace. For winter skiers, the complex (and view from the unit) is located roughly 110 yards from Chair 7 at Canyon Lodge.

This is a gorgeous condo and comes with a ski locker at Canyon Lodge. Our teenagers loved hanging out in the loft bedroom. The slopes are just a short walk away. The covered garage kept our car from being buried in snow and ice. My only complaint is that the dishwasher and fridge are very old and not working properly. I hope the owners will consider replacing them.
