There are grills located around the complex for your convenience as well as a nicely equipped kitchen that will allow you to cook a gourmet meal if you like. The housekeeping fee includes departure cleaning service and linens, including towels, washcloths, hand towels, and bath mats. Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes. However, guests will need to bring additional supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels, as only a starter roll is provided.
House parties and Groups: House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.

Very nicely furnished and clean condo. Great view of the little man made lake. Rental company was great to work with and was able to get us in quickly.
