I like how the staff welcomed me and provided the best experience. I love the bed, it’s comfortable. The room is also spacious. Will definitely go back here—a special mention to the following staff members who helped me: Anas and Reem.

The bidet needs to be fixed. Apart from that all went well.

tv channel has low signal and almost no signal

Mr Ghalib, Ms Fathima, Bheem and Kafin in the reception were very friendly and professional. They understand the guests better than the family indeed. A highly comfortable stay with prompt response from the staff makes a hotel stay memorable. Probably I would've stayed in more than 100 hotels along with my family till date. I can rate the stay at Hotel Boulevard @ Muscat as one of the top ten among them. Mr Lakshman the supervisor of the housekeeping staff is an exceptional guy. Rooms are organised very clean and neat. The swimming pool is crystal clear and we enjoyed each and every part of the property. Thanks to Abdul Aziz and Ikbal Khan for arranging the bed, etc. Though Hotel Boulevard is a 3 * hotel, I felt it like a 5 * property.
