Well appointed kitchen for cooking, storing, creature comforts and "refreshments".

Non smart TV and very small. Not a major issue though.

High standard of accommodation and facilities. Great location away from the main centre and close enough for easy access.

Garage/car space not big enough for a Ute with bike rack

Location was great, we stayed in summer for mountain biking. I was a little worried about storage (anyone who MTB knows) due to the amount of gear that comes with shuttled biking and long biked however there was Plenty of storage space. We managed to fit a second car across the driveway, too, so really you can fit 2 cars! Great big living room with a litte balcony, nice views across the valley. A really well equiped kitchen (important imo!). comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms with built in wardrobes and large bathrooms. Expensive for 2 people but for couples or families wanting to explore thredbo, I think it'd be great!

Tap water was brown, must be from lack of use or just the local water (maybe supply drinking water?). Stairs! The property is 3 stories, so lots of stairs... It was fine for us, being young but it might be something to consider if lots of stairs doesn't suit you. There wasn't a bathroom on the top (living level) level nor is there a spare (3rd) bathroom, the main bedrooms bathroom is also the general bathroom. TV was tiny, sometimes you want to just relax and vege out watching tv, considering updated TV's are so cheap these days, that would be nice. BBQ was also small, if you were cooking for more than a few people, it really isn't a suitable BBQ. It was a challenge to cook bacon and eggs for 4 people on it (we had friends visit for a cookup one day)
