The apartment’s location with 180 degree views of Trinity Beach and the Coral sea is perfect. Very clean and the property manager responded quickly to an issue with hot water pressure by sending a plumber.
The apartment is comfortable but as others have already mentioned it is well overdue for an update to the bathrooms. The kitchen could also be better equipped. No BBQ on site. Most apartments are now residential.

It was beautiful and modern and spacious
Only the smell that came from the algae from the beach but that can't be helped by anyone but the council.

It was in a lovely location
It needed a bit updating but it didn’t matter as we were too busy enjoying the views.

The Views and Balcony size.
The Size of the apartment was ok for a 3 bedroom.
Apartment was dated and needed refreshing including a new paint job.
Main bathroom would have been difficult for the elderly to access - especially the shower.
The premises was dusty.
The Pool at the premises did NOT have any Safety Handrails to assist the elderly access and get into the pool.
