The process of collecting the keys was bad. I had been provided with a photograph of the location of the keys in a key box on a railing opposite the property. However, they keys were not there. I managed to find the keys at a different location further up the road, not where they were pictured. I was not sure if these were the correct keys for the property, and I was unable to open the door. I phoned the host numerous times and each time I was told someone would call me back and no one ever did. I was sat outside the door of the property for about 2 hours before someone arrived.
