Excellent location a block down from the highway and 2 blocks from public beach access in busy but quiet neighborhood. Grocery store, alcohol store, restaurants, 2 separate shopping centers within walking distance. All major systems worked (AC, tvs, kitchen appliances). Got it for a great price for 3 days in mid July idk how. Location, price 9/10.
Obvious wear and tear, upstairs screen door 90% cut off, stains on carpeted areas, marks on walls. Looks like it's being cleaned to the bare essentials (kitchen and bathrooms wiped down and bed sheets changed) and even some parks of the downstairs bathroom weren't clean (clump of hair in the shower). Beds were sleepable. Pots and pans could be replaced too. Cleanliness/overall upkeep 6/10.
