Big enough for all ten of us to have space, right on beach, and balconies to sit and see/hear ocean at night.
Wasn’t a problem in Dec but parking for three cars would be hard during vacation season.

The house was amazing. We have a large family, and it was the first time we had decided to stay at a house instead of booking several hotel rooms , just to fit all of us. Every room was clean and cofortable . The decks on all levels gave the most beautiful views of the ocean. The balcony had a large area to either relax, or even have dinner while taking in the beautiful scenery . Will definately come back.

No breakfast
Floors were sandy outside chairs were dirty , had to clean to sit on.

The ceiling in street side 1st floor bedroom began leaking during the storm.
The sliding doors in beachfront 2nd floor bedroom are not sealed completely,there is a constant ocean breeze even when the door is shut and locked
