Delek Holbox

Delek is a great place to stay and a ten minute taxi to town for about 200 pesos each way. The beach was amazing and clean with a short walk to the flamingos. The restaurant breakfast is so good and there’s great lunch options too. The rooms were relatively new and very clean.

The outside areas closest to the beach needed some maintenance and the dinner options were limited specifically for vegetarian options.

Little bit too far to town

The property was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The location is amazing, just steps from the beach, and the atmosphere felt very peaceful and relaxing. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

There was nothing major to complain about. If anything, some areas could be slightly improved in terms of service speed, but overall it did not affect the experience.

Quiet location away from the town - gorgeous beach that really is the main attraction of the hotel. Rooms were nice with a comfy bed and everything was clean. Look if the hotel is also very nice

Breakfast wasn’t great - didn’t like the presentation and didn’t match the type of place they want to be. Breakfast food wasn’t very good either. Didn’t eat anything else whilst we stayed there. We changed rooms halfway through as there was a strange noise (probably water pipes) that was especially noticeable in the night and the connecting door in the room was so thin, you could hear everything from the room next door. It was super noisy - make sure to get a room without. The second room was great. I liked it being further away from the town but if you don’t intend to rent bikes or something else to get around it can be a bit of a trek to get anywhere.
