Nothing at all

AVOID THIS PLACE: Came to the apartment at almost 6 pm with my family for check in (which is surprisingly at 5 pm) only to find it filthy!! Garbage everywhere, smell was terrible, beds were dirty and not made.. got a call from the cleaning lady instead of the owner telling me casually that she forgot to come and that it’s her fault.. she said she needed 35 mins to come which meant the apartment was only going to be cleaned and ready to move in by 8:30-9.. I have young children who were very tired and needed to eat and sleep.. called the owner to complain (she complained about my tone of voice instead of apologizing) and said it is what it is and that it’s not her fault (it’s the cleaner).. I explained that I only should be dealing with the owner and that at the end it’s her fault that the apartment is not clean, she should be accountable and refunding.. I had to book in another hotel (paid 3 times the amount) so my family can rest and sleep in a clean place.. then requested for a refund which was rejected by owner and booking.com was not able to do anything about it!!!!!!

Mixed feelings describe our stay.

It is near the bus stop--and you definitely want to use the bus. It's free. It is possible to ski down to the parking area below the unit, but it's not an easy pitch. Plus, it's a difficult height up to the ski run. So, learn to connect to the bus and take it down to the gondola. The unit itself is comfortable for sleeping. Bring games or something to do in the evening.

There are no written instructions about the unit. They are very much needed. I couldn't find the light switch for the undercabinet lights. Turned out to be hidden behind the dishwasher on the counter. We had no idea what to do with the rubbish, recyclable, compostables. The toilet seat in the main bath was broken. The Wi-Fi is 4G barely usable. The main pan for cooking-/the Teflon is badly scored which typically makes it a health hazard. There was a paper towel holder, but no paper towels. We could not find any Kleenex either. The film for wrapping food was a mess. So we went to town and bought what we needed. All these things are easily corrected, and I hope the owner does that.

- Very nice, well equipped flat - The owner responds fast and makes checkin/checkout process very easy… just by following instructions.

- None of the beds were made, so we had to make them ourselves. This is something that none of us had experienced before in any apartment rental. - The apartment was frozen when we arrived as the radiators were switched off, (also the heating never really worked in the living room). Not a very warm welcome…

Short stay in Crans Montana

Super clean and comfortable. Everything was perfectly organized. Ski lift is close by.

Going to restaurant or to the towns after 16:30 is easier if you have a car.

Es war sehr schön dort. Mit Empfang wäre es perfekt gewesen.

Die Lage ist sehr gut nur wenige Gehminuten von der Gondelbahn entfernt. Auch die Ausstattung ist insgesamt sehr gut.

Empfang mit Swisscom und Sunrise schlecht. WLAN nur mit Netgear möglich. Dieses funktioniert nicht gut und muss auch ständig aufgeladen werden. Empfang weiterhin sehr schlecht. Auch keine TV-Programme abrufbar.

L’emplacement top, l’appartement comporte tout le confort nécessaire pour venir en famille ou entre amis. Le parking en sous-sol est vraiment un point positif

Le seul petit bémol est la TV , les chaînes ne fonctionnent pas . Nous avons du connecter un téléphone pour pouvoir regarder la TV , même si nous avons regarder que très peu la tv,

Séjour agréable .

La proximité de la navette , bon elle s arrête un peu tôt le soir 19h . Si on descend au centre ville il faut revenir à pied . L appartement est bien agencé .

L’accès à internet n est pas bon , il n y a pas de débit . Donc on n a pas put regarder la TV . Le réseaux swisscom dont est équipé le logement n est pas bon . Avec le routeur sur place il est pratiquement impossible de consulter les mails .

Super

Literie confortable, spacieux, très bien situé pour skier. Il y a le bus juste devant la maison, gratuit, pour enmener au départ de la cabine. Ou sinon, il faut juste monter le talus en face du garage et vous êtes sur la piste.

Comme personne avant nous, il faisait un peu froid. Mais le chauffage a vite rendu la température agréable
