HABÍA SOLO UN LUGAR PARA EL AUTO EN EL PARKING DEL ALOJAMIENTO Y ERAMOS UN GRUPO DE 7 PERSONAS CON DOS AUTOS. ES MUY DIFICIL CONSEGUIR PARA ESTACIONAR EN LUGARES PÚBLICOS. VIMOS LUGARES LIBRES EN EL PARKING...TAL VEZ SE PODRÍA HABER ARREGLADO PARA UN LUGAR EXTRA O AVISAR DE ANTEMANO QUE HAY UN SOLO LUGAR; TAL VEZ HABRÍAMOS ALQUILADO UN SOLO AUTO DE SABERLO, O UNA CAMIONETA PARA 7.

Absolutely marvellous and spacious accommodation in the very centre of Santa Cruz. Ideal for a large family. It is modern, clean, light, with heated jacuzzi on the large terrace close to the everything that is worthwhile in the city. Profesional and friendly attitude of the staff, swift communication. Highly recommended.

Nothing to object.

Huge apartment, four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Perfect to have a parking spot in garage in this area as there is big problem in neighborhood with parking in street. Nice and sunny terrace, as you are living in top flor. Seft check in instruction from the fist look seemed complicated, but all good.

Seems apartment was long time ago maintained. A lot small bugs in kitchen and bathrooms, few times even saw cockroaches. Frying pans and pots were scratched, so if you don't want eat teflon better eat in the city. No grill (as it was mentioned as exists). Seems host not willing rent it for longer period - as there was only one substitute trash bag, one sponge and one small packet of salt. You gonna buy it by yourself. But all in all - good choice for big family or whoever like more personal space :)
