Hermoso departamento en el corazón de Palermo

Muy buena ubicación, en plena avenida santa fe, teníamos todo cerca.

Hubieron unos detalles pero el propietario y el encargado del depto solucionaron rápido.

Muy bien ubicado el departamento, más grande de lo que esperaba (pese a ser un monoambiente). Muy cómoda la cama. Muy claro el dueño con todo.

La limpieza dejó un poco que desear. Al principio parecía todo limpio, después empezaron a aparecer cucarachas. Había una cucaracha/bichito muerto en la heladera, así que ni la usé ni toqué la cocina para hacer nada. Una noche llegué y el agua salía caliente (casi hirviendo) tanto de la perilla caliente como de la perilla fría, en el baño y en la cocina. Me tuve que lavar los dientes con un agua mineral que me había quedado.

La ubicación, limpieza, la cama, la atención!

A las 8 am. los dias de semana empiezan a trabajar en el edificio vecino que están construyendo.

The location is very good. The apartment meets the needs of simply having somewhere to stay, but no more. The value was good until we had to exchange AUD cash at 30% below rate, then it was not such good value unfortunately. The host communication with Astor was excellent. In his defence of the below negative ratings, we did not ask anything to be rectified because it is too late once anyone checks in for such a short time. I did not want to waste my time waiting to meet with a host or cleaner during a short 3 night stay.

Easy things that should have been sorted, like a disgustingly old kitchen sponge (in pictures). Should have been replaced long ago, and is a cheap easy thing the host/cleaner should have done. It makes a bad first impression. Pot was dirty from previous guests (in pictures). Easy to resolve this if the host/cleaner actually checks the condition of all things, not rely on previous guests. There was very loud construction works right outside from 7am until 7pm all 3 days we stayed. This was very unfortunate. The lift is very loud and has an alarm buzzer that goes off often due to people not closing the gate correctly, and it is heard inside the apartment at all hours. The air conditioner works, however, it vibrates so loudly that it is uncomfortable to have on for very long or not able to sleep whilst it is on. This place needs maintenance and more attention to detail. We are not fussy guests, but this was not a very comfortable stay due to all of the above reasons. I cannot recommend this apartment until the above things change.
