The house and garden lovely. Comfortable clean .
Parking . We had 2 days where we had to pay for paring in car park . Which was not to bad.

This was an accommodation only address but was located in a position that gave easy access to the town centre and seafront with its wide range of pubs,eating establishments and traditional shopping areas. On street parking, close to the property proved to be relatively easy but I'm not sure this would be the case in high season. The rear garden was secure and a great area for sitting when the weather is warm enough. Sheringham is a friendly small town and offers great customer service in all shops, pubs and the Heritage Railway.
The beds were not particularly comfortable (but we do prefer firm mattresses). Unfortunately, the front lounge was rather cold but we were quite happy to use the "snug" area in the kitchen diner and we were out much of the time.
