Excellent comms from owner. Easy parking on the street outside. Brilliant location for town and also for accessing Cleveland way. Sunny back garden which was lovely to sit in. Good shower. Single bedroom good for storage.
Small property. Steep stairs. Shared bathroom. Although none of theses issues can be remedied.

Location is excellent, just a short walk from the main square.
We had to buy a nonslip mat for the shower as my parents are elderly.

A quant terraced cottage in Helmsley with a lovely wild garden with 2 terraces..2 minutes walk from the centre and lot's of history.
Bathroom facilities somewhat space...
