Todo perfecto en la casa

El garaje estaba en la planta -2. Tuve problemas al entrar pero muchos más al salir, el coche patinaba en la rampa y me costó salir mucho, la rampa era muy lisa, mi coche tiene menos de un año y las ruedas estaban bien.

Прекрасные апартаменты с двумя отдельными комнатами, залом, не большой кухней. Шикарное расположение буквально напротив забрасывающего подъемника. В здании есть супермаркет. Кухня отлично оснащена. Залог был возвращен через три дня без проблем.

Несколько моментов, которые могут сделать апартаменты идеальными! 1. Свет на кухне. Было бы идеально вкрутить лампочки большей яркости и продумать дополнительный свет. 2. В прихожей надо поставить вешалку для верхней одежды или вкрутить в стену пару тройку крючков.

The location, parking, warmth of the apartment, tasteful interior design, and the two bathrooms, the floor heating, were all very good. It was a great plus that we could check out 2 hours later

Please put yourself in our situation: we arrived at 11:30 PM, unloaded our luggage and the kids, and tried to enter the building — but the key wouldn’t open the entrance door! After several failed attempts, we finally decided to drive in, through the garage (thankfully we had the car) — that was the only way we managed to get inside and check in. The next morning, I reported the problem, and someone from the building administration came and managed to make the key work for the entrance. However, another issue remained unresolved: the intercom in the apartment could not open the building door when someone was downstairs. We also reported this, but it was never fixed during our stay. As a result, the door could only be opened either with the key or from inside the building. Since we were four people with three different schedules and only one key, we had to make countless trips from the second floor to the ground floor (thankfully there was an elevator) just to open the door from the inside for someone. So, the apartment itself is nice and it is a great option — if you can get inside the building!
