The location
We were there 9 days. There was no way to get local support for this rental. They gave us 2 rolls of TP for 3 people 9 days, Vacassa said it was our problem not theirs, We have rented for many years and never experienced this. Many of the dishes were put away dirty and a stain, maybe blood had been hid on the back side of a sofa cushion. We did alert Vacassa but they did not take care of it while we were there.
